EMS/Trauma /Emergency Preparedness Manager: Looking for a motivated individual to manage and run our EMS, Trauma, and Emergency Preparedness programs. Will be responsible for providing local EMT training by maintaining lead instructor and CPR instructor certifications. To supervise, coordinate, and conduct local EMS/emergency preparedness training with other facility departments in cooperation with city, county, and state agencies to assure quality patient care. To perform duties as part of RMC’s risk management team. The trauma coordinator is responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and coordinating trauma services at RMC and leading the organization to maintain verification as a Trauma Receiving Facility with the Montana Department of Health. Medical Biller: Part-time position available working 8:00a-5:00p M-F (24 hours/wk), in Business Office, but we can be flexible on days; applicant must be able to take the initiative to learn processes and procedures for billing all third-party payers and patients, be self-motivated, detail oriented, and able to work with deadlines.  Able to work claims and claim denials to ensure maximum    reimbursement for services provided. Position requires high school diploma, computer proficiency, organizational skills, good verbal and written  communication skills; previous medical billing experience preferred, however, we will train the right individual.

Nurses: Long Term Care/ Critical Access Hospital RN’s or LPN’s needed in Culbertson with sign on bonus $2,500 for full-time. Days (6a-6:30p or 6a-7p) and/or night shift (6 p.m.- 6:30 a.m.). Duties will include: supervise, provide and coordinate nursing care in compliance with facility policies and procedures and to assess residents’/patients’ care needs and take appropriate action to ensure that the highest degree of quality of care is maintained at all times. 

Certified Nursing Assistants: Full-time or part-time, days or nights. MUST BE RELIABLE, COMPASSIONATE, AND DEPENDABLE. Usual shift is 12.5 hours, but willing to look at other alternatives. Starting certified wage is $19.46 per hour,         depending on experience. 

Activity Aide: Full- or part-time position available for weekdays 8:30a-5:00p with alternating weekend shifts 2p-5p for a total of 21-36 hours/week depending upon FT or PT, which involves engaging with our residents in meaningful activity, both individually and in groups.  Under the direction of the Activity Director, and in coordination with other department and facility staff, the Activity Aide will engage with residents, family members and community, as well as staff in social, spiritual, cognitive, and physical          activities designed to meet the needs and interests of the residents. Activity staff help to bring meaning to the moments to        contribute to the well-being of RMC’s community of residents. Wage is dependent upon experience. Opportunities for growth are available in this career path which may include online college courses for career advancement, as well as apprenticeships or scholarships to pay for those courses. 

Housekeeping: Full- &/or part-time position(s), days vary. Applicant will perform various tasks to ensure the safety, appearance, and      cleanliness of RMC. Must have a high school diploma/GED or equivalent job experience. This position requires the ability to  walk, twist, bend, crouch, kneel, lift/carry 50 lbs., and do other physical requirements of the job. Must be able to operate basic housekeeping and laundry equipment such as vacuum, floor buffer, washing machine, and dryer. Must be willing to work        weekends assigned and be dependable with good work ethics. Wage is dependent upon experience. 

Certified Medical Assistant: Great opportunity for a clinic Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) on an as needed (PRN) basis who likes to care for patients of all types and ages in a variety of areas. Use your skills as a main point of contact for clinic patients fielding questions and concerns for our providers. Some responsibilities will include (but not limited to) rooming patients, patient care and follow up, working referrals, scanning medical records, stocking supplies, sterilizing equipment and chronic care management. This is a Monday thru Friday position only, no weekends, and no benefits for this PRN status.
